Measurements:
ankle: 11 inches
foot length: 9 inches
widest part of foot (stepping on a ruler): 4 inches

Can I get the measurement around the ball of your foot? I know you said 4 inches standing on a ruler, but I need the circumference of the widest part of your foot.

9.5 inches around the widest part.
I do like the foot to be snug, so if you knit it to 9 inches it will be fine.
